it won't let me add a phone number

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I don't see an option for entering my phone number and when I see the add,
everyone else has their number listed. How would I add my number please?

If you see a number I would think it was a dealer ad. Privately you don't want to add your phone number for privacy reasons.
