I have a 96 dodge ram 1500 that is losing spark. Power is going to coil, new
computer put on still losing spark. It will not connect to computer to read
error codes. If you have any ideas please let me know. I have it at my

Did he try the crankshaft sensor? and have the coil tested?
Coil is good and there is power going to it. He replaced the crankshaft sensor.
The only other thing is the Distributor Ignition Pickup, or cap and rotor. Check first to see if you can turn the rotor in the distributor by hand while it is in place. It should not turn. This is checking the distributor gear on the shaft, to see if the pin sheared or not.
It was the cam senor. Thank you for all of your help with my question.
If I would have seen one listed I would have mentioned that, but I didn't see one. Glad you found the problem.
