Only my high beam headlights work the low beams wont . All other lights work fine.

Either the relay or the high/low switch selector may have gone bad..I have been looking all over for a diagram of the box with the relays but 1994 is giving me fits

could it be since they were purchased at the same time, they used up their number of hours at the same time too?

It's easy to not notice that one bulb is out. It's not so easy to not notice when both bulbs are out.

check your owners manual. you may have separate fuses for the high and low beams.
