Did he break my 4 wheel drive? and can I still drive it?

My nephew horsed my 1994 Dodge Ram 1500 while in 4 wheel drive! Now there is a noise
and it don,t drive the same anymore.

You need to try and locate the source of the noise for us. What does it sound like. How does it affect driving, etc.
