3 fast beeps on start

my 06 makes 3 quick beeps right as I turn the key, before the ignition is engaged.  What is causing this?  I thought I had it figured out a while ago... because when I deactivated the high beams, it stopped, but now it's doing it again???

    It just started yesterday. It beeps like 10 times and goes off. No dash lights for anything wrong nothing just the beep. And its traumatizing my d o g. She wont get in the car.
