Why does car die when put into gear

I have a 2006 Ford Taurus, 3.0
I've replaced MAS, IAC, and TPS..Still dies when put in gear..Code i got out of it says
1633...KEEP ALIVE VOLTAGE LOW..What in the world is KEEP ALIVE VOLTAGE?
