My 2004 Ford Explorer sport trac a/c blower stopped working

What should I check if my a/c blower has stopped working. Compressor is kicking in and the clutch seems to be engaging. Lines are cold coming out of dryer and unit is charged.

Kind of remember there being a problem with the ignition control module getting hot and shutting off vehicle then starting back up when it cooled down.
