fuse box diagram

i have a 2004 F250 XL with power door locks, the door locks malfunctioned a few weeks ago and i have just now gotten around to fixing the issue, i am having a hard time locating the relay and or fuses for these locks, can anyone help?

the fuse cover is labled and numbered with what fuse is which,it may be a bad door lock switch.
