Yes, the Ford F-250 super duty does have suspension. May not feel like it, but trust me, it does have one.
04 was the last year of leaf springs on the front. You have to remove the 4x4 hub,caliper,rotor,axle to remove the ball joints.
And wheel bearing. Oh and there is a large seal inside that takes a special tool to reinstall for the vacuum on the 4x4.It must be replaced. You can't reuse the seal.
