2003 Ford F-250 Won’t start

I pulled my truck up in the driveway, popped the
hood was changing one of my headlights and
when I went to move my truck nothing was
working, It was acting like It had dead batteries, I
have checked the batteries, they are both fully
charged and new. Let me restate. I turn the key, no
lights, no crank, batteries are fully charged. Any
ideas of what It could be?
