I have a 2003 ford f-350, 7.3 liter 4x4 super crew- horn is not working and cruise control- i have checked every fuse inside- apparently the fuse box #27 in the engine compartment is the one that controls the items. i have no owners manual and no fuse diagram, how do i find it? thanks for you help on this matter

under the hood you will see a "box" or cover that says "Relay centre" the fuse you are looking for might be there
I circled the area in this photo were you will need to look

Did you get an answer, I am having the same troubles with my F350 V10. Found the fuse , replaced it but it keeps blowing.
If your fuse keeps blowing, that means that there is a bigger problem than the fuse, Take it in and get it looked at, as with wiring, there are way to many issues/problems to list them all. get your mechanic to have a look at it and if he cant, take it to a auto electric place. best of luck
