Old man old truck 02 7.3 Antifreeze running out bottom of engine as fast as I put in. Need help ideas that fix when I plug in block heater there is hissing sound so I unplug looking for possible ideas thanks

Started to over heat very quickly I parked it let cool down fluids empty . put
antifreeze in came out as fast as I put in . It was only 30degrees so I went
home pulled in garage plug in block heater it made hissing sound so I
unplugged any thoughts will help and be appreciated .
