' brake lights not working

I changed the relay on the panel and all the
lights work but the Braves still don't work

Make sure the bulbs are good, and having a test light is handy to see if there is power in the bulb socket for the brake lights, may be a corroded wire at the plugin under neath, or also the brake light switch may not be working.
