Will a 6 lung center line 15x10 rim fit on a 2001 gmc 1500 without hitting the caliper

if you have the part number of the center line, look up the back space at center line . com..then you could call you dealer for the backspacing of the stock set up..without knowing what rim you have you will have to mesure the distance ..if you have the rim just pull a tire and slide the other rim on..if it clears good.than turn the steering all the way left and right...you will need to do the same thing with the rim on the tire...
