Heating problems

Asked by Gmcjason84 Dec 27, 2017 at 08:10 AM about the 2001 GMC Sierra 1500

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My heat only blows from two vents. When I try to
put it on defrost it acts like it switches over but
nothing comes out the defrost. After a few
seconds a knocking noise can be heard coming
from behind glove box (I think). Will continue
knocking until I switch back to vents and push the
recirculation button.
