Question type: Maintenance & Repair
2006 S type Jaguar 2700cc diesel.
Windscreen washer not working but pump motor can be heard running.
Washer reservoir is located under the front wing and does not appear accessible from under the bonnet.
Where is the pump and how is it replaced.

Could be a clogged hose. Use air to blow it out. If the motor needs replaced go to the link I provided. http://www.justanswer.com/jaguar/3jluc-windscreen-washer-assembly- 2006-s-type.html
http://www.justanswer.com/jaguar/3jluc-windscreen-washer-assembly-2006-s-type.html ..but before you rip it apart, you say you can hear it run..are you sure it's not frozen? (have no clue your climate) but on my car the tubes froze, could hear pump, but no spray, it was 14° that day (2° overnight) and it took nearly a half-hour for engine heat to thaw them. That will be $20, Visa and M/C accepted. Just kidding!, all our advice is free
We were typing at same time Bob...when he can hear it run leads me to believe it's not motor
I am thinking clogged hose. Took a look at a Jag site and there was some discussion about that as well as motor replacement.
