I just got a 2004 Jaguar x type and when the second cooling fan turns on it makes a rattle noise any suggestions?

I reached down and the little fan on the driver side has play in it. the fan on the passenger side that is always on does not. any suggestions as to what I can do? when the second fan turns on it makes a ticking or rattling noise.
