A P0171 is a lean code, usually from a vacuum leak, this will then trigger the P2195. Check all your rubber hoses for cracks and splits. WIth the engine on, you can move things around and if the idle changes or you hear hissing, then you found it. Sometime you have to perform a smoke test to find the pesky leaks.
