Is the 2005 Mazda RX8 worth the purchase

Asked by tim34521 Jul 04, 2016 at 12:38 AM about the 2005 Mazda RX-8

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I am thinking about getting a used 2005 Mazda RX8.  I wanted to know how much
it costs to maintain and I would like to know from someone who owns one if the
maintenance is worth it.  Additionally,  I know someone who would sell me one for
$2000 but the engine overheats because the exhaust is blowing into the cooling
system.  Is this an easy fix?  The car only has 80,000 miles on it so would it be
worth the purchase?

i own a 2005 rx8 automatic rotary engine. The car drives good when everything is working , but unfortunately you cannot trust the rotary engine. I would say no do not buy one find a cylinder engine rice burner to buy instead.
