bought a 90 two weeks ago, clutch had to be all the way to the floor, now it doesnt want to start . Is there a history of this problem ? is it the ignition or clutch?

Check the neutral start switch or replace it. The switch ensures clutch pedal is fully depressed before cranking engine, safety issue. The previous answer given by "chuckie" is an idiot.
