vibration at 60 mph and over.

I also had that prob. and I also got them rotated and balanced but i also had to get an all wheel alignment...hope that helps

WE JUST BOUGTH A '06 NISSAN ARMADA WITH NEW TIRES. THE VEHICAL HAS 63000 MILES AND VIBERATES FROM 55MPH ON UP. THE DEALER ROTATED AND BALANCED THE TIRES BUT THAT DID NOT HELP MUCH. SHOULD I GET A SECOND OPINION?

Where do you feel the vibration ? Do you feel it in the steering wheel, or in the seat / floorboard ? Does it feel more like a vibration ( a "buzzing" feel ) or a shimmy ( sort of a side to side shake ) ? Did the vibration start AFTER you had your tires replaced ? After you had your tires rotated, did the vibration seem to change at all ( in ANY way ) or did it stay the same ? If you feel the vibration in the steering wheel and it is a fast, "buzzing" vibration, the problem is your tires or wheels or wheel bearings. It really doesn't matter if the tires are new or not BUT, if the vibration was there before you had your tires replaced and remained after you had them replaced I would say that the problem is NOT your tires and would instead focus on your wheels / wheel bearings. If the vibration changed in ANY way after having your tires rotated, the problem is almost certainly a bent wheel, a bad tire or there is something stuck on a wheel ( causing it to be out of balance ). If the vibration is more of a shimmy in the steering wheel, the problem is almost certainly your front end alignment. If you feel the vibration in the seat / floorboard and the vibration DID NOT change after rotating your tires, the problem is your drive shaft or prop shaft from your transfer case to your front axle -- When you check it, don't forget to check for excessive up and down play in the yokes at your transmission and differentials. If it DID change after rotating tires, again, it has to be a tire or wheel issue.

I had both wheel bearings replaced on my 2006 frontier last year and now I have a vibration at 60. I also replaced a tie rod end. Mine might be a cv joint or something else in the steering linkage. I'll keep u posted. Very frustrating

I have the same problem in mine after replacing the U joints

I had the same problem. My tires were pretty bad, but vibration was still there after replacing with some Firestone Destination LE 2's. Took back to Firestone, rebalanced tires, still had problem. They finally said I had a bad front wheel bearing. Replace it, still had vibration. They said everything in the front was tight, no other issues that it might be the rear in which I would have to take it to the dealer. Took it to the dealer, said a front U-joint was bad. They didn't have it in stock and would be a day, so I took it to Christian Brothers and had both U joints replaced, they said one was really bad but replaced both for the same price as dealer was doing for 1. Problem is gone!!! Finally!!!

vibration problem 2015 Frontier 62000 miles. The transmission was slipping especially when hot and over 60. Used Lucas transmission fix. It is running smooth and good as new now.
