it will tell you in the section of your owner's manual marked Maintenance under "automatic transmission service"- most cars are anywhere from every 30000 miles to every 50000 miles depending on brand.

http://www.nissanusa.com/pdf/techpubs/2006/2006_N_SMG.pdf says 30,000 miles..Richard is bingo on. The fluid is $18 a quart. Wow
