06 Nissan Xterra - CEL flashes when accelerating P0300

Got a SUV a little over a month ago and has been
problems ever since. Ran for 2 weeks then
overheated. Found out the car didn’t have a
thermostat. Replaced that. Then oil light came on
for low oil pressure. Replaced the switch. We’ve
replaced the two front catalytic converters (code
Related) , plugs, air filter, ignition coils and camshaft
sensor (code related). When accelerating, the car
drags and sounds rough, has issues reaching
speeds about 40 mph. Occasional starting issues, I
would have to give it some gas to start. Also got a
fuel injection service today and starts better. P0300
is gonna be the death of me. Help please  

Not sure what else to do. Any suggestions?
