my 1990 olds 88 will not start when it is cold, once you get is started it will run fine, but only if it is not too cold out

When was the last time you did a tune up? How cold does it get where you are? If it is really cold you may need an engine block heater.

no it isn't a cold engine probplem. i am not talking real cold even at 20 degrees it won't start . turns over fine and it just got new plugs and wires. it does act weird at the end of a crank it will fire almost like a ballist ressiter on the older cars
