Will it damage 2000 saturn sl2 to drive with high until i can fix it

High idle 25000 rpms. Will it cause damage to drive a little until i can get it
fixed

It sure will, high RPM's are no good, it's like if your heart was beating fast, you need to heave it repaired as soon as possible...
