When I press on the gas pedal my car
doesn't want to go nowhere n it makes
piping noises n sometimes at a traffic light it
ants to stall out.

It sounds like an engine problem more than the transmission or clutch. If there is no check engine light on, have it scanned for problem codes anyway. If your VW has more than 100K miles, the timing belt may have jumped a cog or two, throwing the valves out of time making it run really awful. Get it looked at by an independent shop soon. A broken timing belt can severely damage the engine.
