Did you have the water in the oil before the pump change? I'm guessing not if your pump went bad and the engine overheated you could have blown a head gasket. Repost with more details.
IDK I HAD WATER IN THE OIL AT FIRST WHEN I START WENT I WAS PUTTING COOLINT IN IT I WAS LEAKING STR8 OUT SO HE SAID THAT IT WAS A WATER PUUMP NOW SINCE HE PUT THE THE WATER PUMP ON AND CHANGED THE TIMING BELT ITS STILL DOING THE SAME THING SAYING ITS NO OIL WHEN IT IS AND NO WATER OR COOLINT AND IT DNT BE ANY IN THE CAR

From what you are saying it sounds to me like at the beginning you had a water pump go out. Your engine then overheated and took out the head gasket getting coolant in the oil. You then took it in and had the water pump and oil changed. Since the head gasket is still bad you are still getting coolant in the oil. If this scenario sounds like the way things happened it means you have a blown head gasket and need to change that before you run your engine anymore and ruin it completely.
You should also change mechanics,they should have known the head gasket was blown the first time you took it in for repairs.

If the head gasket is fixed by now and you still have that oil light that needs to be reset, I use this site to do all the oil reset procedures at my shop. http://carhowto.com/how-to-reset-oil-change-reminder-light-on- volkswagen-jetta/ they have an app too, great if youre a tech and do a ton of these resets every day.
