Huge noise inside the engine

I have a jetta 3 cli 1995 model . I had my crank cut
and put on bigger bearings. When I started the car
there was a huge noise inside the engine and when
i  push the clutch in then the noise ain't so loud
what can the problem be

improper clutch/flywheel install possibly. Some of the parts can be put in backwards and still work but - make a racket when installed improperly. Could be - but - with work like that done it could be many other things. You say bigger bearings? If you also had motor work done - I'd take it back to whomever did that work.
