You could get a K&N air filter/cold air intake to add a few HP economically. Another option would be to try to add headers, if available, to increase exhaust output. If your state does not have emissions laws, you could remove or hollow out the catalytic convertor and add larger exhaust tubes to the rear to increase flow as well (note: may be a violation of Federal law). Another possibility would be to port and polish the intake manifold. Depends how much you want to spend.
bahnbrenner.com or kompressorkanada.com will have alot of stuff to build a g60 the skys the limit but the charger is the weak link on that car if you have the fincial power go check bbm lysoholm charger
Tear it out and replace it with a 1.8t or a new 24v VR6 and turbo charge it.
Don't waste your time on a K&N filter or any of that garbage. Anyone who knows anything will tell you that's a waste and your just sucking hot air in to the intake unless you re-locate the filter but if you knew that, you would have done it already as it doesn't cost anything. I had a G60 ... best way to gain power would be to go to a Stage 3 or Stage 4 chip plus the upgrades that go with it. You can easily bump the C up to 200+ HP and do it for around $1500 or so.
cat back, Performance chip, Pulleys for increasing boost, intake, cams, with that stuff you can be +200hp easy!
dont waste money building the g60 charger do a lysoholm charger tuning and 16v head youll walk all sorts of stuff
Change G60 to Eaton M65 and put a smaller pulley, reprogram the computer and that's it.
iv have a g60, the super charger stage 4 by jabba sport, upgraded exaust and in quickshift selector, gmax suspension, the sound i get is amazingi havnt gone for super chip as it will shorten the life span of your engine, i am going for a dump valve and a 97i induction kit, which is needed with supercharger up grade as i have been driving it for 8000 miles withoutinduction, iv left my wheels standard 15's bbs and i am whoopin evos :) dont ever lose the engine as the weight balance is perfect and every drive is an absolute pleasure :)

bahnbrenner.com is your best bet... you can do a stage II upgrade and pretty much leave it there. go with the 68 mm pulley.... have you tested your boost level to see where you stand. I'm at almost 10psi in mine stock and I can hang with the big boys and I havn't spent a dime on upgrades.... it's on the way though...
