I need to change my oil filter but my dad and I cannot find it. If anyone could tell me where it is located and where I could possibly download a free owner's manual I would appreciate it. Thanks.

seriously ? if its a diesel 1.6 or 1.9, gas 1.8L or 2.0L its located in the front just left of the starter (standard) just above the oil pan about center engine if its a VW filter it will be black which I highly recommend using in those MK2's after market oil filters sometimes throw your oil light on and you must use 15W40 grade oil anything less it usually throws your oil pressure light on.
what can be the problem when im driving in any gear and my rpm just drops!!......do u think it needs a tune up?
that depends on what you mean by "just drops" do you mean the engine cuts out completely or it looses power ? either way it sounds like an electrical problem, lose connects on the battery, ecm or sensors.
