03 CLk hazards automatically come on effects

Driving along they just started flashing. I now think it was b/c my front tires were near flat. Could that be the reason? Hasn’t come on since. However I haven’t taken a long drive either
I should add that when they flash its as if someone steps on the brakes for a second and lets go...never seen this happen before. I did happen to see that the front tires were nearly flat and since I put air in them...no problems...day 2
I think you've identified the problem. ABS/traction control is very conscious of wheel speed and if it senses a significant difference, it thinks you're on ice or aquaplaning or in deep mud... anything that produces marked differences in wheel speed.
