WHAT DOES E+ MEAN AND WHAT DOES THIS TYPE OF SERVICE
TYPICALLY COST?

http://www.mercedesbenzraleigh.com/service-intervals.html Since E is 5th letter of alphabet, then Service 5 (60,000 miles or 5 yrs) is what is required (engine compartment (oil change, etc), fuel filter). Check above website for proper service. Hope this helps.
