thanks for your letter i need resolution about my problem car how can i start
becouse my car is not working ignition and worning lights at the remote
control key i replace the battery so nothing hope there is also no dealer in my
country named horn africa here is more of this car problems technical workers
at all they can to do any thing ,

This is a bad thing,being there is no dealer near you,it is the key it self that is this issue,the computer does not reconize the key,and is in lock mode/antitheft,meaning the key will have to be reprogramed to the car,s computer,you might call a dealer in the US and give them the vin to make you a key,but you will have to show owner ship of the car to them to do it,

too funny...same here..so is it a recall issue and do we need to go directly to the dealer or can we go to a certified auto mercedes car service?
