i just had a service on my
2002 Mercedes 200c
kompressor coupe had the
fuel filter changed and now it
makes this loud whistling
type sound that was not there
before the mechanic told me
to drive it for a week to see if
it gets any better but its still
there and quite loud , when
driving it at around 70km it
seems to go but if i break to
stop it comes back or if i slow
down for traffic light it comes
back , could it be the fuel
pump . just seems strange it
never made this noise
beforeany help would be
appreciated

Hello. How did you fix the noisy sound? I have the same problem after changing fuel filter. Now I have changed the fuel pump aswell but the loud whistling is still there, it drives me crazy.
