As it sits probably at the most 3k it of course has a lot of potential to bring in the big bucks but that's only after restoration and mopars due to a small aftermarket section are notoriously expensive to restore and that's if the body and frame aren't so gone that's its just a piece of scrap.
A 1968 426 is worth $91,693 https://www.hagerty.com/valuationtools/HVT/VehicleSearch/Report?vc=1328156 ..
I've spent the past year looking for MY 68' and finally found one. However in my searching I'd say your car would run anywhere from $5000-$12,000 with the determining factor of how much Rot is involved. True RT? Check your VIN, you need to see XS = RT not XP=reg charger. If it has XX.....CALL ME! lol
the most 4,000, there is no way you are getting 10,000 - 91,693
its worth what someone will pay for it . a 1968 426 Hemi (j code ) charger with matching #s fully restored with paperwork could bring over 160 k. but most likely around 100 - 135 k for a car in excellent condition .
