Well to start, rotors, calipers, spindles, ball joints, break hoses, break line, break power assist (vacuum operated) master cylinder, and the little things like break pads, break fluid, hardware for the break lines, if I forgot anything we'll let you know...

I go with what PrideAuto suggested, you can buy a hole conversion kit with all the parts you need. I'd check out the web sight he suggested, Then you can get an idea on cost.
