Does Anyone Know What This Is?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Noticed this light on this evening. It won't go out. I started car
right up. After turning off...light is still on. It's a small clear
box with 5 bulbs. Only 1 is on. Not sure what this is attached
to or what it signals . It sits under the dashboard near the
ignition.  Please help!
