There should be a data plate on the inner fenderwell on the driver's side under the hood; Chrysler color codes are a combination of 3 digits- letters and numbers- on the bottom line of that plate (or plates- sometimes if a car has a lot of options there will be two of them side by side). Find that code for the paint and then go to www.autocolorlibrary.com and do a search. I don't have a resource for the interior colors and trims however.
You need to get your hands on a Chiltons or Haynes manual or even a Year One Catalog and decode the fender tag, it will tell you everything about the car. You may get lucky and find a build sheet under one of the seats.
