There are several fusible links. They're all located on the driver's side inner fender, right behind the battery. Just follow the second positive cable from the battery to the links. It splits off from one cable into ~5 or so links (which appear like regular wires). Here's a good page detailing which fusible links supply power to what. http://minimopar.net/electrical-links.html To find the link that's blown, gently tug on the wires. The one that is blown will be stretchy, like a rubber band because the wire inside is burned up. Also, the insulation may appear burned or blistered. When replacing the link, cut the old link completely out of the old wiring and strip about 1/2 inch of insulation off of each wire and the each end of the link. If this link is off of the rubber multiple connection insulator, cut the old link flush to the insulator and strip about 1 inch of insulation off of the A1 feed wire just before the insulator. Then solder the new link to the wires and wrap the connections with electrical tape and then harness tape ("friction tape" at most hardware stores). You can also replace the links with a modern maxi-fuse which are sold at most automotive stores. The size conversion (link size to maxi-fuse amperage) is shown on the above link.
