hit 40mph and struggled to pick up speed and now it just wont start. Ive replace

Try a little starter fluid spray into the intake, if it starts even briefly then you have fuel delivery problem, ie fuel pump, relay, etc. If it doesn't try to start then you have a no spark, and as you have already replaced the most common items it might be time for a good shop to take look at it, could be a computer.
