With the engine running, disconnect the harness connector at each coil one at a time until there is no change in the was the engine runs. You can also pull spark plugs and see which one shows signs of a cylinder miss. (Wet or blacker than the rest.) That's the bad one.
motor dont have to be running,pull one wire at a time you will see a rust color on coil that is the bad one,or it in a bad plug wire.
