Fault codes

here are the codes for most Dodge products, never seen these before. http://www.allpar.com/fix/computer-codes.html
I just replaced the spark plugs on my ram 1500. I Took it down the road for a test drive and the check engine light came on. I rechecked my connections to the spark plug fittings and one was not connected which is probably why my check engine light came on in the first place. So I reconnected it and i noticed i had power back in my engine. However the check engine light was still on so I ran a computer diagnostic and the same code of C - 54.2, S - 3.5, and = 31.5 came up. I looked everywhere for what these codes translate too but could not find them. Since I am pretty sure the disconnected plug was the sole reason as to why the engine light came on I decided to reset my engine light by disconnecting the battery. After reconnecting the battery I started the car and the engine light was off. I took my truck down the road for a spin and the light did not come back on even after I floored the gas. In all I am pretty sure that these codes mean that you need new spark plugs or some of your electrical fittings are not connected to your plug valves.
Someone please tell me what these codes are for my 08 Ram 1500. 420, 626, and 5 810. Thanks
What sender is it you change when my truck has a unknown code and it has lost spark
