Removed the catalytic converter on my 2007 Dodge ram at first it started but had to continuously give it gas to run and now it won't start at all. What could be wrong

Back pressure ,,, The engine is tuned for a flow from the exhaust .. not only may you have problems with it running but you may burn the exhaust valves // also the ECU is programed to run the engine rich if there is no O2 signal
