89 jeep cherokee tow hooks?

where do i mount the tow hooks on either the front or the back of my jeep cherokee?

on the front of XJ, theres a series of frame bolts, I beleive 3 on each side. Theres several companies that make adaptor plates with tow hooks that bolt into these locations. Best place to do it up front. As for rear, your safest bet is to get a class III tow hitch, uses 6 mounting points, then get a 2" tow hook or d-ring on that. :)
