cannot get my 88 jeep comanche started appears to be flooding

just bought car only able to start it one time and the engine raced out of control.  I replaced the throttle position sensor and the ignition control module.  Can't get it started.  Appears to be flooding.  Prior own just replaced the piston heads.....

My jeep comanche did the same thing and I replaced the crankshaft sensor, and it crunck right up.
