Did the 1954 volkswagen sedan deluxe had front seat belts and did the rear seat have seat belts. thanks.

no and no. vw didn't start putting seatbelts in from the factory until the late 60's. i believe it was 1968. Now they did have a dealer installable seatbelt kit offered in the early 60's. this started around 1963. some of the even earlier 60's cars had seatbelt attachment points as i've seen a couple 62's and one 1961 that had the mounts. my 1958 has NONE, also a couple buddies have older ovals and they have NO seatbelt mounting holes.
