Hi,
I saw this little light bulb in the front head light beams. The little light bulb is at the bottom of the head light beam inside the light. Why is the little bulb there, whats its purpose, This little bulb is behind the head light glass. There is one on both head light beam. Thank you very much for the response.

That is a parking light in the old pre-1967 beetle headlight assemblies.
