how to change oil in a '57 VW

hi thats something that didnt change much through the years under the motor is a round plate with a center bolt this comes out and drains the oil when its empty take the small bolts around it off and the plate a couple of gaskets and a piece with a screen will come out it may not fall out but dont pry it with a sharp object or you may have a leak later clean the screen replace gaskets bolt it back in return center bolt and refill done
