I am looking for value of 1969 vw beetle in fair condition

i have a 69 in great condition with a balanced and blue printed motor 1858cc interior totally redone 7500 479-926-4494 if intrested

depends on the actual condition. rust is a major factor. if there is rust the value goes down. another BIG factor is location of the car. around here a 69 bug in decent condition (maybe a little rust in the floorpan but NONE in the heater channels) that runs and drives is worth around $1200-$1500. now the interior should be good, the paint should be good, the engine/trans should be good. if any of these are shoddy, ripped, dirty, and overall not working right, the price goes down. i've bought a couple for under $1000 that ran and drove. remember that the newer the vw, the less it's worth. 69 is considered in the "newer" bodystyle and won't be worth near as much as a 66 or older.
