I have a 1971 vw beetle and there is no brake fluid going to the front brakes and I ha e a brand new master cylinder in it

This is a Baja kit and all 4 brakes are new

Loosen the fittings working from the wheel cylinders back until you can get fluid when pressing the oedal. You could have clogged hoses or seized wheel cylinders.

Also, inspect the hard lines back from the brakes to the MC. Baja vehicles tend to be driven off road and over high surface obstacles...something could have pinched a hard line.
